Bananas In Coconut Milk

Ingredients

2 cups coconut milk
¼ cup sugar (optional)
¼ tsp. salt
4 medium ripe bananas, peeled and cut into chunks

Instructions

  • Combine coconut milk, sugar, salt in small saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Add bananas. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered till bananas are soft.
  • Cool to room temperature.
  • Serve.
