I was eating wheat and now I’m allergic to it I would like to eat tortillas and bread and if I heat it would I be OK

Heated bread is still wheat, unless it is gluten-free bread.
Tortillas are OK if they are pure corn, otherwise they are not OK. Hope that helps.

hi i am intolerant to wheat,corn,rice and oats but not gluton ,is there any bread recipes or mixs i can buy or make ,also gravy ? i would be gratefull to know if anyone can help ?

Rye bread might be ok if made without wheat. Pumpernickel is likely OK, but as always, check ingredients.
