Pollen Allergy Symptoms

by Allergy Guy

Unlike the general list of allergy symptoms, pollen allergy symptoms are more specific.

All pollen comes from flowers of one type or another, including ornamental flowers, weeds, trees and grasses.

For this reason, you will usually feel symptoms during “allergy season”.

Your personal allergy season depends on which type of pollen you react to, because different plants produce pollen at different times of the year.

I have had Eczema all my life I was born with it along with that I have severe nasal aelirgles. I have lived in Las Vegas, Arizona, and Oregon, Washington State. Eventually you become allergic and become allergic to whatever is there. whether it be dry or humid. I am 45 years old now still have ecxema as bad as ever. I do know that when I eat Chocolate I break out so bad the next day sometimes within hours I need to scratch so bad I think Im losing my mind. not to mention the trying to rip my skin off until I cant take it anymore. Sounds familiar? its mostly the foods your eating that causes the eczema. I use any oatmeal lotions especially Aveno lotion right after a shower and layer it on thick and as much as u can that subsides the itch almost immediately also get some Noxema cold cream and layer that on. Noxema is short for no eczema was created a long time ago for that purpose. do not wash it off. also I have taked Prednisone once a year and that helps alot too. remember lotion up all the time even when your not broke out. I do believe the more humid climate is best keeps your skin hydrated. good luck as far as aelirgles. Zyrtek in combination with Astelin nasal spray works really well.

Different people have different eczema triggers. For me it has nothing to do with food. When I get lots of sun and salt water, it clears up completely, but that’s just me. It is well worth exploring foods, pollen, mold, anything you can think of! See the article on this website about eczema.

The other day my little nephew threw a random flower into a fan that so happens to be in my room, and when I woke up the next morning I started feeling all the symptoms, and I was completely fine the day before.

Could severe joint and all over body aches be a symptom of a pollen allergy? I am begining to think I have early onset of arthritis because that’s is how stiff and in pain I am! Help me!!
