Rash

by Allergy Guy

A rash is when the skin changes colour, appearance or texture. It is often itchy or painful, but sometimes you can not feel that you have a rash.

A rash, together with other symptoms, can be used to diagnose specific diseases.

Hi,
I get rashes all over my body when ever i do any kind of physical activity continously for sometime, or when i stress out worrying about on some things. I can feel the heart palpitation in my head. Whole body gets heated up with red rashes. If i discontinue and take rest the rashes subsides and body feels a bit chill and become normal in 15-20mins. But if i continue doing physical activity , the rashes swells out more, my head feels likes brusting up, though my eyes remain open but i cant see anything, i faint and regain consiousness when i cool down a bit.

I have been having significant breakouts around my mouth, chin, etc. My esthetician feels strongly that it is a food allergy/sensitivity. After researching the issue myself, I definitely have to agree. I am starting with the elimination of dairy and nuts. Does anyone have any thoughts/experiences on what may cause acne breakouts that may be related to allergies? I did see the info on wine allergy and I am going to be crushed if it is wine related! Thanks so much!
