It’s the stock that’s used. If you make your own you can buy yeast free stock

]]>Almost every commercially made soup I have ever checked the ingredients for contains yeast, more specifically yeast extract. I do not know why, possibly for flavouring.
]]>Most tortilla wraps are fine, however I have seen a few with yeast. Unfortunately I recommend reading the labels of any processed foods, since yeast extract can be found in random foods. I’ve accidently eaten yeast in flavored chip and low fat sausages.
Also, some naan bread is okay, some isn’t, and I personally have no problems with real sourdough, but I read the label to be sure it’s actually made with sourdough starter.
