WOW Lemon Burst gluten free cookies are well worth checking out.\u00a0 I bought a package recently and here’s what I thought of them.<\/p>\n

I’m generally not one for marketing hype (I don’t always give all products full marks), but I have to say, the claim on the package, “Moist, Chewy, Delicious” is actually a very fair description.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

WOW stands for “With-out wheat”, which is reassuring.\u00a0 Furthermore, the lemon burst cookies at least don’t have oats in them, which I avoid as well.\u00a0 Oats are sometimes considered gluten-free, although not everyone agrees, including me.<\/p>\n

I found the flavor excellent (strong lemon, but not too strong), and the consistency very good as well.\u00a0 Very tasty and satisfying product over all.<\/p>\n

Gluten free flour (brown rice, sweet rice, tapioca)<\/li>\n
Cane sugar<\/li>\n
Butter (milk)<\/li>\n
Eggs<\/li>\n
Corn starch<\/li>\n
Potato starch<\/li>\n
Vanilla<\/li>\n
Cream of tartar<\/li>\n
Lemon oil<\/li>\n
Xanthan gum<\/li>\n
Baking soda<\/li>\n
Salt<\/li>\n
Citric acid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
