Here is another experiment with a quinoa flour based gluten-free<\/a>, wheat<\/a>-free pie crust.<\/p>\n

This one is OK, but I prefer Quinoa crust #1<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The idea is that the vinegar will make the pie more flaky, but this only seems to work with lard, not butter, and the vinegar does not improve the taste of the pie.<\/p>\n

This gluten-free<\/a> crust is for a nine-inch pie plate.<\/p>\n
