Kami Sushi on Roncensvalles in Toronto is a great place for sushi, with mostly gluten-free options and a caring staff.<\/p>\n

Kami Sushi is one of my favorite places for sushi in Toronto.\u00a0 The quality of the fish is excellent, and they somehow manage to wrap the rolls in a thin layer of rice about two grains thick.\u00a0 They are obviously very skilled.<\/p>\n

They also have gluten-free soy sauce for people with gluten allergy or celiac, which is great.The wasabi they use is gluten-free.\u00a0 This is not true of all sushi restaurants so always be sure to check.\u00a0 If you are with people who are OK with wheat, they have home-made soy sauce which I am told is excellent!<\/p>\n

I frequently order one of their combo platters.\u00a0 Most come with California roll, which is made with artificial crab.\u00a0 Artificial crab is often made with wheat flour, so I avoid it.\u00a0 They will substitute for another roll, but may charge extra, depending on what you order.<\/p>\n

Kami Sushi is a great choice for gluten free food in the High Park area of Toronto.<\/p>\n
