Ingredients

by Allergy Guy

Most food that you eat is a combination of ingredients. In terms of both allergies and health, it is well worth paying attention to those ingredients.

Of course you will want to scan lists of ingredients for foods you are allergic to, for example wheat or milk. Also, some foods are more healthy than others. In general, the more preventives, food-colouring, salt and sugar in the food, the less healthy the food. In most cases, a long list of ingredients indicates junk food. Sometimes, most or all of the ingredients are food, but most of the time, a long list contains mostly chemicals.

The goal of this section is to provide information about various food ingredients mentioned on this site.

No one said it was

No one said it was impossible to have a quinoa allergy. On the other hand, this is likely extremely rare.

What are your sources? Who were these people? Do you know them?

Do please elaborate.
