Enough heat will destroy the mold. But that may not solve your problem.
Allergies are generally to specific parts of the mold, not necessarily to the whole living thing itself.
Probably the heat will not destroy the bits you are allergic too.

My question is, since mold is killed in dry climates or heat, when I heat cheese in an oven to make it crunchy, do I kill the mold in it.
