I was eating wheat and now I’m allergic to it I would like to eat tortillas and bread and if I heat it would I be OK
Heated bread is still wheat, unless it is gluten-free bread.
Tortillas are OK if they are pure corn, otherwise they are not OK. Hope that helps.

Rye bread might be ok if made without wheat. Pumpernickel is likely OK, but as always, check ingredients.
