When it comes to Type B allergic reactions (“food intolerance”), these issues are undoubtedly borne out of problems in the digestive tract. In cases of food intolerance, I always find dysbiosis (an imbalance of the good and bad bacteria in the intestines), and often fungal overgrowth. This is related to diets overly high in sugar, stress, or a lack of hydrochloric acid at the stomach.
