It’s the stock that’s used. If you make your own you can buy yeast free stock

I have been assured of this by several experts in the alcoholic drinks field ..I can drink it without ill effects ,and I have a significant problem with yeast….but I absolutely can’t drink wine .

They say distilled vinegar has little to no yeast and most people don’t react to it because it’s gone through a filtering process. I must about to start a yeast free diet so will try it myself!

Almost every commercially made soup I have ever checked the ingredients for contains yeast, more specifically yeast extract. I do not know why, possibly for flavouring.

Most tortilla wraps are fine, however I have seen a few with yeast. Unfortunately I recommend reading the labels of any processed foods, since yeast extract can be found in random foods. I’ve accidently eaten yeast in flavored chip and low fat sausages.

Also, some naan bread is okay, some isn’t, and I personally have no problems with real sourdough, but I read the label to be sure it’s actually made with sourdough starter.

Probably wraps are yeast-free (I have not personally checked). Check the ingredients to be sure and it could vary from one brand to another.
