I have long been impressed with the allergy guide at Swiss Chalet
\nso I decided to find out how other restaurants owned by the same
\ncompany compared. Swiss Chalet is owned by Cara Operations
\nLimited, a Canadian company also owns Restaurant chains Harvey’s,
\nKelsey’s Milestones and Montana’s Cookhouse. Cara decided to
\ndiscontinue using peanut free ice creams, and have gained mixed
\nreviews from people with allergies.<\/p>\n

Why I Hate Spring<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

For years – decades in fact – I have detested the early part of
\nspring.<\/p>\n

Now the late part of spring, that is a different matter, once the
\ngrass has sprung, the flowers bloomed, and the birds are singing
\nin the trees. Even before that is fine.<\/p>\n

But just now, as the snow melts to reveal the ground once again,
\nI don’t feel happy.<\/p>\n

This has always been a mystery to me. I love the sun. It’s great
\nto get outside. True, it is the end of the ski season, but soon
\nit will be cycling season. I can’t loose!<\/p>\n

Except I feel out of sorts around now.<\/p>\n

Allergy Symptoms or Food Poisoning?<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Many of the symptoms caused by allergies are also similar to food
\npoisoning. This is especially true of stomach upset, diarrhea,
\nand unpleasant side-effects along those lines (see gluten allergy
\nsymptoms for some specific examples).<\/p>\n

With the possibility of having identical symptoms, how do you
\nknow if you really have allergies, or if you are dealing with
