Gluten free flapjacks are great for breakfast, lunch or brunch!\u00a0 I keep making up new gluten free recipes for them, here is the latest flapjacks without wheat!<\/p>\n

These ones are based on bean flour, with a little rice flour to lighten them up a bit.<\/p>\n

This wheat-free and gluten-free recipe is also milk-free and egg-free.\u00a0 Perfect for celiacs and those with a gluten allergy, especially if you have other allergies.<\/p>\n

Gluten Free Flapjack Ingredients<\/h2>\n

Dry Ingredients<\/h3>\n

1 Cup\u00a0 Chickpea flour (garbanzo flour)
\n1\/3 Cup Brown rice flour
\n1\/2 tsp salt
\n1 tbsp baking powder<\/p>\n

\n1\/8 Cup oil (olive oil or your favorite liquid cooking oil)<\/p>\n
