List of meat used as food. If you are allergic to one or two types of meat, you may be able to try some of the others. Some meats are exotic, be adventurous!

I have tried to remove endangered species and any kind of totally weird meat (to most Westerners, such as insects), but a few may have slipped in. Feel free to provide feedback in the comments section.

I am very auto immune allergic to all poultry including eggs. Fish makes my gut hurt. And lamb gives me almost the same as poultry.

The poultry fish allergy makes me wonder if I also can’t have alligator or snake meat. Always heard rattle snake was amazing. I’ve had alligator but not since I went gluten free and figured out my problem foods. So want to try, but scared

But I do remember shark meat hurting my gut but not alligator….maybe there’s hope yet
