Today I’m beset with classic symptoms. Perhaps its the Chia and Flax? Might have been something else, but I know exactly what I ate! Today I’m trying straight up Bob’s Red Mill oats. We’ll see what tomorrow brings! Perhaps I will be one of those people with Celiac Disease who are sensitive to oats? If I can’t deal with oats, its back to Rice Chex! I’m not sure I trust Cheerios at this point. I’m not a fan of their sampling plan when it comes to determining if a batch is gluten free!

I’m not sure how sensitive of a Celiac I am, but given my blood work buried the needle at over 100u/mL, I wouldn’t be surprised if even 20 ppm is too high. I’ve been on a very strict and narrow diet until yesterday when I added the oats for the first time in awhile. Oh well, that’s part of life I guess!
