Typical

I know how you feel Alex.

I used to have what I thought were vague symptoms and I felt too silly to go to the doctor.

Once I discovered I had allergies, I realized my symptoms were not at all vague, it’s just that I got used to them and couldn’t distinguish them from normal. Sick became normal.

Check out the $SELF-TESTING-FOR-FOOD-ALLERGIES$ article for more ideas on how to deal with this.

Good luck! Feel free to let us know how you do with your investigations.

I recently have being having mild generalized itching, tingling tongue, bloating, fatigue, stomach cramps, irritability, anxiety and just not feeling right. Your article is really interesting. I’ve seen the doctor and there is nothing he can find wrong (serious), but I’m considering I’ve developed a possible food allergy. For instance, this morning I felt well when I woke up but after eating two croissants on the way to work I have some of these symptoms appear. All the symptoms come and go. Sounds silly, but I think it might be something to do with my diet.

Do you have any thoughts>?

Alex
