Not necessarily a link but try it and see what happens

I can’t tell you if there is a link between yeast and weight and thyroid problems.

If you are sensitive to yeast, then of course you should cut it out. And if that solves your weight and thyroid problem, do please come back and tell us about it!

Yeast

Hi , i had a sensitivity test done yesterday, and my reading showed that i had a problem with yeast. I struggle with my weight and have also had a thyroid problem the last few months . Would this be to do with the yeast? If it is do i just eliminate the foods you show on your list.
