There seems to be some confusion as to exactly which month is Celiac Awareness Month.
According to the Celiac Sprue Association, every October is Celiac Awareness Month. This also seems to be the case with the Canadian Celiac Association. Although they have nothing posted on their website just now a link from CharityVillage.com seems to confirm this.
Celiac.com seems to have declared May to be Celiac Awareness Month.
