I've been taking EpiCor for the last six weeks, to see if it would help with my allergies.
What I've noticed is that I have more energy when I take EpiCore.
EpiCor is not an energy booster, so I've been wondering why this might be the case. Also, there is no research to support that it helps with food allergies at all.
What Epicor is good for is airborne allergies, such as dust, pollen, mold, pet dander etc.
Well, I know I have a dust allergy. And often I am lazy about doing the vacuuming. When I finally do get around to vacuuming, it stirs up the dust, and I feel worse for a few hours or half a day after that.
My theory about why I have so much energy when I take EpiCor is that it helps with the dust allergy.
Just recently I was out of town, and didn't bother to bring any supplements with me. I noticed a sharp reduction in energy, probably due to food allergies.
I just got back into the habit of taking EpiCor again, and my energy went up the very next day.
I feel fantastic.
What are your experiences with EpiCor?

EpiCor and allergies
I've been taking EpiCor for about 18 months now. My hay fever symptoms have subsided dramatically, to the point where I no longer take Zyrtec or Claritin. Plus, I've been sick-day free during cold and flu season. This year will be a real test, I'm sure!
