It depends very much what you are allergic to, for example milk, rice, curry, pulses, certain fruits …. almost any kind of food could cause an allergy, every one is different. If you think you are reacting to your food, you can try cutting out most of what you eat and change for different kinds of foods and see if you feel better. I know this is hard to do.

I find this a rather odd question.
It has nothing to do with country and everything to do with each individual body.

Nepal isn’t a problem. I’m coeliac and if you dhal bhat, their staple food which is basically, rice, lentils and veggies is both healthy and safe for you.

I’ve not been to Nepal so I can’t help you but I hope someone else can.
What is the staple food in Nepal? What have you found that you can eat so far? Anything you think you might be able to eat but are unsure about?

I am in Nepal now and having real difficulty with my gluten allergy and dairy intolerance. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am also going to be traveling to India, and saw the section on that which was very helpful. Thanks!
